1. Returns

Because our jewelry is handmade, small variations in color, size, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

2. Refunds

3. Exchanges
